Summary:

LEAN estates LLC is looking for a customer service orientated and technology aficionados as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to significantly contribute and make a difference within our growing company.

Primary Purpose:

 

Independent Contractor who works remotely and uses technology to deliver services regarding real estate marketing, networking and research. To design, develop and implement a lead generating system and database along with other automations. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 
  • Build, implement and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, client management system and information management using Podio or other automation tools

    • i.e. Podio, Zapier, IFTTT, Hootsuite, SalesForce, MailChimp etc.

  • Create and publish marketing ads on company websites, real estate websites, public websites and social media platforms

    • Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, Tumblr, Pinterest, Medium, Craigslist, Connected Investors, ZooZip, etc.

  • Market Analysis, run comparable reports, market rentals, etc. 

  • Add buyers and sellers to database

  • Oversee all contracts through closing in coordination with the other leaders

  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards

  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints

  • Answer all office calls including “The Lead Line”

  • Screen and use scripts to interview potential buyers and react accordingly

  • Submit weekly numbers to leaders

  • Keep the lead agents informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled

 

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

 
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, etc.)

  • Secretarial administrative skills required (email, scheduling, bookkeeping)

  • Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Proficient with GOOGLE Suite (Gmail, Calendar, etc.)

  • Time management skills required

  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team remotely

  • Candidate must be very organized and detail oriented

  • Candidate must be service driven with excellent customer service skills

  • Creative problem solver and highly adaptable to client needs

  • Real Estate Experience

  • At least 1 year of college or vocational course required

  • Good interpersonal skills with professional demeanor

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks

  • Attention to detail, passionate and ambitious

  • Real estate experience, preferably in multi-family

  • Personal Computer

  • MS Suite Package

  • Computer Processor: at least Dual Core Processor

  • Computer Memory: at least 2.00 GB RAM

  • Internet Speed 2 MBPS plan or higher primary connection 1 MBPS or higher backup connection
